Categories of the data processed
Navigation data
Computer systems and the software procedures used to operate this website acquire, throughout their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but it allow data subjects to be identified thanks to its very nature. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and any other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user’s IT environment. Such data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation.
Data could also be used in order to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data you provided us with on a voluntary basis
We will process data (such as name, e-mail, telephone number) that, as a user of the site, you voluntarily sent us, for example through the contact form, the newsletter subscription form or in order to access any reserved areas of the site.

Right of opposition and direct marketing

How to exercise your rights
Send us a request to the contacts indicated at the beginning of this policy. We will get back to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month.
Where we process data and transfer of data abroad
We process your data at our registered office and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing should be located. For any further information, please contact us.
Your data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which you are located: we will tell you if and when this occurs and about the several services we use.
Personal data may be transferred to countries located in the European Union and outside the European Union.
The transfer of data abroad occurs on the basis of the standard contractual clauses included in the agreement with our service providers.
