The common factor of all MITA cooling towers is fiberglass, a plastic material that is excellent for ensuring durability over time.
A successful case of use of this technical feature was that of a leading Russian salt producer, which had to renew parts of its plant in the Tula Oblast region, in Central European Russia: the highly corrosive environment required the use of machines that had no metal components.
The coolers the company selected, three open-circuit towers type PMS, are suitable for industrial processes with low water flow rates. They are also systems that ensure operational continuity even at very low temperatures, such as those common in Russia.
The best choice for MITA’s Russian customer was also made possible by the advisory work done by the Industry Group company.
